🌿 Refund & Exchange Policy — Adaptogenic Bliss

At Adaptogenic Bliss, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. Because many of our items are handcrafted, small-batch, or wellness-related, we currently offer exchanges or store credit rather than full refunds (unless required by law).

Please read the details below before requesting an exchange.

🕓 Exchange Timeframe

You may request an exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and free from scents, stains, or damage.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order number or confirmation email).

After 14 days, we’re unable to guarantee an exchange.

🚫 Non-Exchangeable or Final-Sale Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened teas, blends, or consumable products

  • Digital downloads, ebooks, or gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items marked as Final Sale

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

🔁 How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us at adaptogenicbliss@protonmail.com with your order number and a short note describing the issue.

  2. Include clear photos if your item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  3. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for your exchange or store credit.

You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was our mistake.

💳 Store Credit

If you prefer not to exchange, we can issue a store credit equal to the product’s value (excluding shipping).
Store credits never expire and can be applied toward any future order on our site.

🚚 Damaged or Lost Packages

We carefully package every order, but if your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date).

  • We’ll help file a claim with the carrier and may offer a replacement or store credit.
